By installing and using the Keyframe Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our extension.
Description of Service
Keyframe is a Chrome browser extension that provides project management functionality, including the ability to organize projects, capture content from web pages, manage notes, and store files in your Google Drive account.
User Accounts and Authentication
- You must have a Google account to use Keyframe
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when using the service
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Keyframe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or servers
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the service in any way that could damage our reputation or business
Content and Data
- Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or upload through Keyframe
- Storage: Your files are stored in your personal Google Drive account
- Project Data: Project metadata is stored securely in Firebase
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create and store
- Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data
Subscription and Billing
- Free Plan: Limited to 10 projects with basic features
- Pro Plan: $5.99/month for unlimited projects and priority support
- Payment: Processed securely through Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Intellectual Property
- Keyframe and its original content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our service
- Our trademarks may not be used without express written permission
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using Keyframe, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Keyframe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keyframe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service.
Termination
- You may stop using Keyframe at any time by uninstalling the extension
- We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
- Data stored in your Google Drive remains accessible to you
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension or our website. Your continued use of Keyframe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in appropriate courts.
